Dumps me old mate... I've seen you a few times over the years, but the best
2 gigs were at Reading in '86 when you had you own set, and then joined Lemmy
& Hawkiwind during Hawkwinds encore... what a weekend!!! The other time
was at the "Fleece and Firkin" here in Bristol. It's pub that usually
holds 60 lunch time drinkers, but get a gig going in the evening and the rafters
are heaving.... and that's nothing to do with the 200 fans chanting the usual
greating! Keep it up (ooer)

Last saw you play late 1985 at the Marquee and you were in the audience at Venom's
Hammersmith Odeon gig I used to be a regular at Stairways in Birkenhead. When
you went to the bar during Wee Wee Baby, I was one of the pissheads who got
on stage and shouted the chorus (every time!). Caught you live there every time
between 83 and 85. Now I'm determined to catch a show again.

Hi Guys, Many years ago I did your lighting at Glasgow's Rooftops nightclub
(what a night!). I guess it was the late eighties 87 - 88 the roof leaked rainwater
onto the stage and Dumpy split his jeans and did a temp repair job with Gaffa
tape. A few months later we breifly met on the road at some laybye in some picturesque
part of scotland I was on tour with "THE CLANN" and you guys were
on yer way south to a gig in central scotland somewhere. We were all dressed
up in kilts with swords and stuff.

Holy shit, Man, was I knocked off my ass when I found that you're still goin'.
Damn happy about that too! I got "Somewhere in England" when it first
came out and played the shit out of it. Still one of my ALL time favorite albums.
I still got my DRN and Dumpy's bum flasher t-shirts. Still get a great kick
out of people asking me who the hell is DRN when I wear it to concerts. See,I'm
from the states-arizona that is,and most here don't know fuck all about anything
which has got heart and soul. I sure hope that you will be putting out some
new albums,or getting some suit to reissue the old albums.Anyway,next time I
go to the UK it's nice to know that I can check the website for any shows. Maybe
I'll be able to catch one of your gigs.

play it may have been 87 ish possibly Kent Custom Bike Show? Grown up now; 5
